you are not a talent with Acclaim and aren't under contract you are respectfully
requested not to submit materials to the web-developer. If you are seeking
representation with Acclaim please click

If you are a talent under contract with Acclaim you are encouraged and
even expected to submit materials for a webpage on the Acclaim website.
Many casting directors are booking talent from this website and the number
of jobs booked from this website continues to increase. Being on this
website increases your exposure and is convenient for casting directors
and those in the industry who use the Internet. The web-developer charges
a fee for this service - please check with your booker.
This
website has three main directories: Actors, Models, and Cross Ethnic Talent.
Your Acclaim booking agent has materials to help you submit your information
and can help you decide what directory or directories are best for you.
Please check the submission guidelines below
Each talent is limited to one profile of five images. If you are an actor
who also models you will still have only one profile.
PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS PERTAINING TO YOUR SUBMISSIONS BEFORE SUBMITTING!
Deadline for materials dropped off at the office is Friday evening

Photo Submission:
5 negatives and/or slides and/or prints (higher quality photos will make a higher quality webpage!)
Tiff files may be submitted on disk to your Acclaim booker.
Jpgs may be submitted, but will render lower quality images! and should not be smaller than 288 X 432 pixels at 72 dpi (4"X 6").
Please keep photo files submitted by email 50k-2mb in file size. Please don't email jpgs that are larger than 2mb - they take too long to download.
Please don't submit messy, scratched, or low quality photos.
Number photos according to the diagram on the website submission form (click here for more info on this)
You are allowed up to five photos. A thumbnail in the directory(ies) link(s) to your Homepage (you will have one Homepage) which contains a large version of your main picture or headshot. On the Homepage are four thumbnails that each link to a page with a larger version of the respective thumbnail so that you have a total of five pages plus a resume page.
Photo Updates:
Please study the diagram on the website submission form and number your NEW photos according to this diagram. For instance a picture that is replacing your main photo is #1, the top left thumbnail is #2, top right is #3, bottom left is #4, and bottom right is #5. Make a note for the NEW photo that indicates what it's number should be. Then submit your photos according to the guidelines in Photo Submission.

You are allowed up to five categories in your web resume! If you have more than five essential categories you can combine categories, for example: Film/Television.
To
use the template click on the template
link and select "save as" from the file menu once the document
has loaded in your browser. Just type in the fields remembering to label
the categories accordingly. The more recent credits should go at the top
and the older ones near the bottom. Remember to put your name on the resume
and save it as "Your Name" and save it to disk.
The "Special Skills" category is for your skills and should not include interests unless you are skilled at them. Please do not capitalize every word in the skills section - it does not look impressive it looks amateurish.
The first column is for the title or name of the company for whom the work is produced, the second for the role or type of work, and the third for the producer or director or other relevant information. Make sure that the information lines up correctly. You can adjust the width of a column and depth of a row to accomodate your information and to prevent long lines from dropping.

If you are updating your resume choose one of the three methods below:
1. If you have A FEW UPDATES (up to 10 additions)
Email ONLY THE CHANGES and
an indication for the category.
2. If you have MANY ADDITIONS (more than
10) use the template and put ONLY your additions
in it.
3. If you have MANY CHANGES (not just additions)
DOWNLOAD THE TEMPLATE,
fill it out, save your changes, and Email
it back to me. You will completely lose the earlier version of your resume
with this method.
4. HIGHLIGHT NEW PROJECTS ON A PRINTED RESUME that are not currently on your webpage - then submit it to Acclaim. There is no time to scan resumes line by line for the changes so don't send your resume without highlights. This is a NOT a suitable method for those talent who have many (more than 10) projects to add to their web-resume - use method #2. in this case.

Every talent submitting for the website should fill out a website submission form(available from your booker or click here for a submission form) with the appropriate statistics. Number your photos according to the diagram on the submission form .
To save your submission form to your computer select "save as" from the file menu once the document has loaded in your browser window and save the document to disk. Please do not change the file extension (.doc). Submit the submission form by disk to your Acclaim booker or by email to the webmaster ONCE YOU HAVE PAID FOR YOUR PAGE. DO NOT CHANGE THE FILE EXTENSION (.doc)!
